Awarded only to cafés demonstrating exceptional quality, consistency, and customer experience.

Reassessments

Cafés may be reassessed periodically to ensure standards continue to be met.

Ratings may be upgraded, maintained, downgraded, suspended, or withdrawn following reassessment.

Independence Policy

Velavor maintains complete editorial independence.

Certification outcomes cannot be influenced through:

• Advertising
• Sponsorship
• Partnerships
• Financial contributions

Recognition must be earned through assessment.
